Seattle, Washington, June 20th, 2022- Kriva CBDA announced today the launch of their new THC-fee anti-chafe balm for runners. In keeping with their focus on the needs of the athlete-focused, the Washington-based company has formulated their vegan and cruelty free anti-chafe glide stick with shea butter and essential oils carefully infused with a powerful blend of their unique water-based extracted CBDA. The glide stick forms a dry, invisible barrier, effective wherever skin is rubbed by clothing, footwear, or skin.
“By working alongside and listening to athletes we have developed a product line that fits the needs of both professional and armature weekend warriors. Chafing is a major concern when it comes to skin integrity for runners and triathletes and with the delivery of CBDA in an anti-chafe balm stick we athletes can moisturize the skin while delivering healing compounds that help ease skin recovery and potential irritation. In addition, topical delivery of CBDA is very high compared to other phytocannabinoids, making the CBDA ingredients Kriva focuses on as the best candidate for helping athletes get back to the game sooner.”
Kriva’s Anti-Chafe Glide contains 3 mg raw CBDA phytocannabinoids per gram of anti-chafe glide with 168 mg total raw phytocannabinoids per stick. As with all of Kriva products, a QR code on the label will take the user to a third-party certificate of analysis detailing the purity and absence of residual pesticides, solvents, heavy metals, and mycotoxins.
